Dermal Fillers

The Dermal Fillers we use are crystal-clear, non-animal, biodegradable gels based on a natural substance, called hyaluronic acid, also containing a local anaesthetic which facilitates a much less uncomfortable treatment. The gel is injected into the skin in tiny amounts with a very fine needle. The result is instantaneous and produces a long-lasting, natural enhancement, gentle and safe to your skin.

PERLANE is the same product in a thicker formulation for facial contouring, deep lines and wrinkles and lip augmentation. Because these are non-animal products, no testing is required.

For superficial treatments, very little pain is usually felt, although for deep line treatments, a nerve block injection may be offered to reduce discomfort.

Who would carry out the treatment?

Treatments are carried out by our expert medical practitioner, Doctor Oliver Spencer. Doctor Oliver Spencer qualified from the Liverpool school of Dentistry in 2001. Since 2003 he has been using dermal Fillers and Botulinum toxin to perform non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatment. Doctor Oliver Spencer annually completes over 100 hrs of continual Professional Development (CPD) having a special interest in Dento-Facial Cosmetic Treatments. Doctor Spencer is a sustained full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, GDC number: 79368.
