Sylfirm X is the newest radio frequency, microneedling device available. Using an electronically controlled hand piece, the tip contains 25 ultrafine gold-plated needles, which pierce the skin and deliver radio frequency energy (heat) below the skin’s surface without damaging the outer layer of the skin.

This technique ensures the precise application of energy with each pass to allow the RF microneedling to penetrate to the correct depth and therefore provide optimal results. By covering all dermal layers, this results in skin remodelling and tightening. This also means we can treat pigmented and vascular lesions such as melasma and redness.
