Where Are We?

Beauty Within medi-spa is situated in the heart of the bustling old market town of Cowbridge. We can be found almost directly opposite the town hall at number 10, the High Street. Cowbridge is approximately twelve miles west of Cardiff and can be reached easily from the A48 main road, which runs east west through the Vale of Glamorgan.

Attire

You may prefer to wear a swimming costume when having a massage treatment, however this is entirely at your own discretion. Our staff will be pleased to advise on appropriate dress, should you have any concerns. A robe and slippers will be provided for you. Your spa therapist will complete the consultation process with you to ensure that your visit to Beauty Within medi-spa is personally tailored to your requirements.

Parking Facilities

Beauty Within medi-spa has its own private car park to the rear of the property. There is also a very large municipal free car park a few minute’s walking distance away, situated behind the town hall in the centre of Cowbridge.

Relaxation Lounge

Our relaxation lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind before or after your treatments. Please arrive fifteen minutes before and allow twenty minutes after on the times listed. Remember take time to Spa!

Mobile Phones

May we kindly request that mobile phones are switched off while on the premises. We recommend that they are left safely with other valuables in the lockers provided.

Beauty Within medi-spa Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to be used in exchange for Beauty, Spa therapy and Cosmetic treatments and products. Order in person or over the telephone with a credit card details please. Vouchers are valid for six months. Please give 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or reschedule to avoid losing 50% of booking value.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used before the expiry date.

Unfortunately we cannot honour lost gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers cannot be used for injectable treatment or semi-permanent make up.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a 50% deposit will be required to secure all treatment bookings. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide Fourty-eight hours’ notice, or a fifty per cent booking fee will be charged. Please be aware that if you arrive late for your treatment, we may need to reduce your session time in order to keep to the following client’s appointment. Very late arrival may mean your treatment is not possible. In the event of non attendance, the full fee will be charged. All prices include V.A.T.
