Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be used in exchange for Aesthetic Facial Injection therapy or Semi Permanent Make up treatments.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in exchange for already discounted offers or treatment.
Please give 48hrs notice of cancellation or reschedule to avoid losing 50% of booking value.
In the event of non-attendance the full fee will be charged
Gift vouchers are non- transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used for treatments only before the expiry date. Unfortunately we cannot honour lost or stolen gift vouchers.

Price List
Price lists are available with our information Brochure at reception and available by post upon request. Please note prices may change without notice. The most up to date prices can be found at www.beautywithinspa.co.uk

Deposits
A 50% deposit will be taken in respect of all spa appointments over the value of £20. A £20 deposit will be taken in respect of all Laser or IPL appointments except for consultation which are free of charge. The deposit is not refundable in the event of non attendance (Unless there is 48hr notice given).

If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48hrs notice in order to re assign your appointment to another client. Failure to give this notice of cancellation will result in a charge of £20 in the case of a Laser/IPL booking or 50% deposit for Spa Treatment.

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without advising Beauty Within Medi Spa will be required to pay for all future appointments in advance. In the event of non- attendance, the full fee will be charged. Clients who have paid in advance for a contract will have the number of remaining treatments reduced by one.

Monday thru Friday – 9.00AM till 7.00PM
Saturday – 9.00 AM till 5.30PM
Sunday – CLOSED

Payments
Please note that payment is due on the day of your appointment and we accept the following methods of payment:
Most major Credit/Debit/Switch cards (Except American Express)
Cash
We do not accept cheques.

Late Arrival
Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment time may result in a reduced treatment time with the full fee being charged, and/or the need to cancel and re book your appointment. Please note, whilst we make every effort to ensure that your appointment runs to schedule, there may be occasions, for reasons beyond our control when your appointment time may run a little late. Compensation is not offered under these circumstances.
